I will not start the commission work if the client has not read the terms fully and understandably.

GENERAL TERMS

• Prices are subject to change based on demand and platform fees.
• Artist have the right to reject any order for any reason most especially when stated in my Dos and Don’ts..

PAYMENT

• Artist accept payments in DOLLARS or PESOS only through the services such as Maya and Gcash (for PH transactions) or PayPal (International transactions).
• Artist follows a payment first policy to ensure security of the artist. However, artists can accept downpayments (50% before commission work, 50% after color blocking stage or before giving out the final artwork)
• Clients should not pay first until they have fully claimed their slot that is confirmed by the artist.
• Artist do not accept REFUNDS or CANCELLATION to finished or work in progress artworks that in the color- blocking stage.
• Currently, the artist does not accept rush orders. Always refer to the timeframe given by the artist.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY

• I will only take 6 commissions in per month for the meantime.
• Clients must mention the purpose of the commission to the artist (ex. if used as phone wallpaper, for profile pictures etc.) for the artist to know what size is needed in the illustration. Regardless, default sizes of the commission works are as follows:
  • Digital Pet Paw-trait Illustration - Square sized image with 300 dpi
  • Digital Chibi Illustration - Square sized image with with 300 dpi
• Commission works may take an estimate of 2-4 weeks depending on the artists’ health, number of commission works, complexity of the artwork, other works and many more.
• The final commissioned work will be sent to the client as a DIGITAL FILE ONLY through email which includes a transparent artwork and artwork with a simple background inclusion.
• I will be posting a Notion link containing the complete commission details and most importantly the queue of the commission works. Clients may see all my processes and stages of their commissioned work for their assurance.
• Mode of communication to be used are mostly through Gmail or preferred social media account of the client they’re are active in.
